We offer a range of asset location, owner contact, research, referral and monitoring to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), UHNW+ and MIDAS individuals and families.   We find companies to connect with series A, B, C financing.  We also scout for private enterprises to purchase in full.  In addition, assets such as minerals, inventory and errata are also of interest for extraction funding and purchasing. Simply put: Apex Capital Support finds companies and things to buy, grow, and support.  

The timeline for a project varies based on the scope and complexity of the project.   Funding varies solely on the fitness of the receiver and our ability to transmit a report of suitability.  After an asset is found suitable, funding is relatively instant - private equity funding has fewer barriers and is lightning fast compared to bank/institutional funding.  

Our approach to asset location is simple. Networking.  Talking to people.  We receive the vast majority of our projects through word of mouth.  We meet the owners/principals. The owners tell us about the assets and the plans they have for them and how funding would either help: grow or liquidate the holding.   We look at the cost and the benefits, the most important of which is: placement in a solid connection with the strategic value-added network of current holdings.  As networking is a priority, all assets funded come with the assurance that the seller/recipient will make a memorable, personal connection with the funding individual and/or family and their varied global interests.

Nothing.   We evaluate assets at no charge for the asset holder.  We generally seek normal, easily obtained information on the asset and business that any holder of said asset or company would be expected to have on hand.   We have our own engineers, accountants, legal, and support personnel to evaluate any asset at no cost to those who are being considered.
